What We Build

Post-frame and steel construction for farms, businesses and homeowners across Chatham-Kent and Southwestern Ontario.

Post-Frame Buildings

Shops, storage and riding arenas

Laminated posts set below frost, engineered trusses and screwed steel cladding. Post-frame gives you the widest clear span for the money, and it goes up quickly.

  • Clear spans to 80 ft with no interior posts
  • Engineered truss packages with stamped drawings
  • Post embedment or wet-set brackets on piers
  • Insulated or open-purlin ceilings

Agricultural Buildings

Machine sheds, storage and livestock barns

Built around how the farm actually runs: door widths that clear the combine, floors that take the load, and layouts that let you keep working in bad weather.

  • Machine and implement sheds
  • Grain and commodity storage
  • Livestock and equipment barns
  • Lean-tos and additions to existing buildings

  • Frame erection and bolt-up, including crane and man-lift work
  • Z-purlin and girt systems
  • Steel roof and wall cladding

Site Prep & Concrete

Pads, footings and aprons

Concrete is poured by subtrades we work with regularly rather than by our own crew. We schedule it around the build so the pad is ready when the frame and materials arrive, and you are not lining up a separate contractor yourself.

  • Concrete subtrades scheduled as part of the build
  • Footings, piers and slabs to the engineered spec
  • Aprons and approach pads
