Site Prep & Concrete
Concrete is poured by subtrades we work with regularly rather than by our own crew. We schedule it around the build so the pad is ready when the frame and materials arrive, and you are not lining up a separate contractor yourself.
What's included
- Concrete subtrades scheduled as part of the build
- Footings, piers and slabs to the engineered spec
- Aprons and approach pads
Every quote is written and itemized before anything is ordered, covering spans, door sizes, cladding gauge, colour and the concrete spec. If the scope changes during the build, you get the revised number before the work happens.
